tiny batches

a 200L nanobrewery dedicated to making unique, experimental and intensely flavoured beer.
let’s get weird.
In the industrial suburbs south of Perth, just outside of Fremantle, a new nanobrewery is being built.
Evil Mega Corporation is all about making beers that aren’t pragmatic or commercially viable enough to make at a “proper” production brewery. Making 200L of anything isn’t viable, so once one has dispensed of the idea of making a profit, anything becomes possible.
Based on a subscription model, this project is dedicated to brewing things that are aggressive, unctuous, structured, opulent, acerbic, fruity.
Each mixed 4-pack you receive will be an array of different styles and profiles. Each batch will be different, but every beer will be BIG.
Starting from when the brewery is first commissioned, each 2 months new beers will be sent fresh to your door by the fastest, cheapest, and most convenient courier service I could find that week. [Edit: the initial subscription was 24 beers over a year. Due to unforeseen circumstances pushing out the deadline, the initial round subscriptions have been upgraded an extra 12 beers to a total of 36. This means that the first subscription will likely last beyond 12 months.]
If you find one you particularly like, whatever is surplus to the initial subscriber run will be dropped in the online store until they are all snapped up.
Currently scheduled to start sending out the first beers part way through 2022. [Edit: by end of 2023!]
But it’s not just the beers.
The subscription also comes with merch, glassware, and access to a subscriber-only area with in-depth on each beer. Fermentation data, recipes, all that nerd stuff.
Plus it is where you find out about the online beer drops.
And beyond…
Every dollar made will be poured back in, to grow a mixed fermentation program. Brettanomyces and lactic acid bacteria fermented in custom made stackable fermenters will form the initial base of the greater sour project, with the intention to spread to foeders, wine barrels and a small bottling line for large format beers.
This part was actually the genesis of the whole project, but it is also the most time intensive. With your help, the future is looking delicious.
Evil Mega Corporation will never sell or give your information to a third party. Nobody should do that. It is a shitty thing to do.
